Clinical Team

Sally Woodhead

Clinical Application Specialist

Sally is a registered nurse with over 30 years of experience in nursing and midwifery, the last seven years working in oncology which included 5 ½ years as a clinical trials coordinator.

Sally is responsible for configuring and maintaining oncology and haematology protocols from EviQ, undertaking User Acceptance Testing on new features on behalf of clients, co-ordinating input of new specifications by multiple clients, and providing ongoing support to users of the EpiSteme™ protocol-based care modules.

Sally works tirelessly to ensure that EpiSoft’s Cancer Application is the most relevant, safe and user-friendly system available to health professionals involved in cancer services.

Lily Chong

Application Pharmacist

Lily is a clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in oncology and general pharmacy services.

Lily has worked with several clinical systems as an application subject matter expert, designing and testing functional requirements, and providing clinical advice to the technical team.  She has been involved in numerous successful implementations and systems go-live support. 

Lily is an experienced trainer not only for application end user training but also in clinical skills for pharmacists at a local and international level.

Christine Reed

Clinical Tester

EpiSoft’s clinical software tester and end user support. Christine is a registered paediatric nurse (RN) with over twenty years’ experience, working mainly in neurology and neurosurgery (brain tumours), but also with patients with other paediatric cancers. She was involved in the delivery of many treatment modalities.

Since 2014 she has been employed by EpiSoft as a clinical software tester. Christine’s meticulous approach to testing has played a vital role in the development of EpiSoft’s cancer application

Laraine Cobbing

Cancer Application Support

Laraine is a registered nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience in oncology & haematology nursing including managing Royal North Shore Hospital’s cancer services.

Laraine is fast-becoming an expert on the ins-and-outs of EpiSoft’s oncology management system. This product knowledge is applied to a wide variety of responsibilities including the maintenance of the integrated eviQ protocol library, education of clinical end-users as well as software testing and customer advocacy and support.

Andy Le

EpiSoft is Andy’s second professional software engineering role. He has already proven his capability over the last 3 months having hit the ground running as the lead developer on a significant program of work.

Mark Ferguson

Cloud Infrastructure Manager

With 30 years’ experience in digital design, operations and customer engagement. Mark is ITIL Masters qualified and also provides project management services for new client implementations and major upgrades. Mark’s responsibilities include cloud service provisioning, performance tuning, service standardisation, service levels and ensuring timely delivery of projects to client budget. As a member of EpiSoft’s Information Security Committee, Mark is involved in all aspects of information security governance covering data security, integrity and information privacy.

David brings 5+ years web development experience to the table developed in a variety of roles, including customer-facing helpdesk support, freelance work and more recently DevOps in a medical consumables business.
