Cold-cap management is a breeze with EpiSoft. Appointments requiring cold caps are flagged throughout the booking process and on the day of treatment list so admin staff can allocate them to the correct resource and nursing staff know to prepare the cold cap ahead of time.

Manage ‘on-hold’ patients

Never lose track of patients who are unable to go ahead with treatment for the foreseeable future. With EpiSoft's On-Hold functionality patients who are unable to receive treatment can be put on hold until they are ready, when they can be simply slotted back into the infusion centre schedule without needing to re-prescribe treatment.
